Is digitization in large companies in Germany causing jobs to disappear or will new ones be created? Scientists are still arguing about it. Together with GfK, Etventure Digitalberatung and Company Builder has therefore responded to 2000 large companies in Germany themselves. The result of the "Digital Transformation 2018" study shows: An overwhelming majority of over 80% of companies expect stable to positive job effects. More than one in four companies or large medium-sized companies (26%) even forecast an increase in the workforce and the majority of 57% assume that the number will remain the same.
